Should Kohl’s Get Into Healthcare

There was a lot of buzz recently as Kohl’s announced a rightsizing strategy for their retail big box store. Kohl is leasing out the retail space to a fitness center in order to generate more traffic. Here is another play, lease it out for a retail urgent care clinic. What do you think about this idea?
